Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access required for project completion. Delays in client responsiveness may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

4. Payments

Payment terms are as specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Luviio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA is in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luviio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kedah, Malaysia.
